Academic Content Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Research and create high-quality academic content for Classes 6-12.
• Research, create, and verify MCQs according to the required class level and syllabus.
• Prepare educational PowerPoint presentations, question sets, tests, and study material.
• Organize and format content professionally using MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
• Upload and manage classes, MCQs, tests, PDFs, PPTs, and other learning content on the Education Adda app.
• Ensure uploaded content is properly categorized, named, and organized for students.
• Review content for factual accuracy, spelling, grammar, formatting, and syllabus relevance.
• Use NCERT and other reliable academic resources for content research.
• Coordinate with teachers/academic team to understand content requirements and improve learning material.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all academic content.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini for research and content creation while independently verifying the final output.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong academic knowledge across Class 6-12, with a good understanding of major subjects.
• Excellent command of MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
• Able to independently research, understand, and create academic content.
• Good understanding of NCERT-based curriculum and school-level academics.
• Strong ability to create and evaluate MCQs.
• Good English and Hindi communication and writing skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Comfortable working with large volumes of educational content.
• Basic understanding of educational apps, LMS, or content management systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI tools will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in academic content creation, EdTech, teaching, or educational publishing will be preferred.
• Candidate should be able to work independently and take ownership of assigned content.
