One of India's leading schools is looking to appoint an Academic Coordinator to plan, implement, and monitor academic programs, and to strengthen curriculum delivery and teaching quality across the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor academic programs across assigned classes/subjects.
• Coordinate closely with teachers to ensure effective and consistent curriculum delivery.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive, developmental feedback to teachers.
• Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with board guidelines and school policies.
• Support teachers with lesson planning, assessment design, and academic best practices.
• Liaise with school leadership on academic planning, timelines, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree with B.Ed. (mandatory).

Experience

• Minimum 5-8 years of teaching experience with academic-oriented expertise.

Skills & Competencies
