What they need
Minimum Requirement-
- Graduate (any stream). Physics / Science background is a plus if you teach Physics or entrance exams.
- 1–3 years in a coaching institute.
- Direct student handling: counselling, query resolution, parent communication.
- Clear spoken Hindi and English.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel, Google Drive / Classroom, email, and Zoom.
Preferred -
- Experience at Aakash Institute, Drishti IAS, Allen, Resonance, Physics Wallah, Unacademy, or a similar edtech institute.
- Has sent lectures, notes, and tests to students on time.
- Has handled weekly / new-batch onboarding.
- Background in Physics academic support or a similar academic operations role.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
