Academic Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Center Head in the smooth academic and operational functioning of the preschool.
• Coordinate with teachers to ensure quality teaching, classroom management, student engagement, and curriculum execution.
• Maintain high standards of education, discipline, safety, hygiene, and overall preschool experience.
• Handle parent queries, concerns, feedback, and communication professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Support the Center Head in admissions, parent counselling, follow-ups, enquiries, and conversion of prospective parents.
• Assist in implementing marketing activities, events, campaigns, social media initiatives, and local promotions to increase admissions and brand visibility.
• Build strong relationships with parents and contribute towards parent satisfaction, retention, referrals, and positive word-of-mouth.
• Coordinate school events, celebrations, PTMs, activities, and other center-level initiatives.
• Monitor daily attendance, records, schedules, and other administrative requirements.
• Identify operational or academic issues and escalate them to the Center Head with appropriate solutions.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
