ACADEMIC COORDINATOR

At Kids&Us Mollerussa, we are looking for an Academic Coordinator to join our team and help us ensure the quality and smooth running of our academic programme.

What will you do?

As Academic Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the academic side of the school and coordinating our teaching team. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and supporting the teaching team on a daily basis.
• Supporting teachers with lesson planning, methodology and classroom management.
• Carrying out classroom observations and teacher audits, providing constructive feedback and follow-up.
• Ensuring that Kids&Us methodology and academic standards are followed.
• Organising and coordinating academic meetings and teacher training.
• Following up on students’ academic progress and helping ensure a positive learning experience.
• Supporting the management team with academic organisation, timetables and group planning.
• Helping new teachers integrate into the school and providing them with the necessary academic guidance.
• Communicating with families when academic matters require follow-up.

• Has a good level of English.
• Has experience working with children and/or in an educational environment.
• Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting others.
• Has good organisational and communication skills.
• Is proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
• Has an interest in teaching methodology and continuous improvement.
• Is comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Has leadership skills and enjoys taking initiative.
• Shares our passion for helping children learn English in a natural and enjoyable way.
