Job Description

The Orchid School, following the Cambridge Education System, is seeking a qualified, experienced, and motivated Academic Coordinator for its KN Gohar Chapter and North Nazimabad Chapter.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating academic activities, supporting teachers, monitoring curriculum implementation, and ensuring effective teaching and learning practices across the assigned campus.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate academic planning and curriculum implementation.
• Monitor lesson planning, classroom teaching, and students’ academic progress.
• Support teachers in improving teaching methods and classroom practices.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
• Coordinate assessments, examinations, and academic records.
• Ensure the effective implementation of Cambridge curriculum standards.
• Work closely with the Campus Head and teaching staff to maintain academic quality.
• Support teachers’ professional development and ensure compliance with academic policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field.
• Relevant experience in academic coordination or a similar academic leadership role.
• Knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum and academic standards will be preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to guide teachers, monitor academic performance, and manage academic responsibilities effectively.
