Academic Coordinator - English Medium

An Academic Coordinator (English Medium) for a CBSE school bridges school administration and classroom teaching to ensure the seamless execution of the NCERT curriculum and compliance with CBSE guidelines. In this leadership role, you will oversee curriculum mapping, review weekly lesson plans, and conduct classroom observations to mentor teachers in modern pedagogy, Competency-Based Education (CBE), and effective classroom management. You will also manage the complete student evaluation cycle—including Periodic Tests, Term Exams, and internal assessments—while analyzing performance data to design remedial programs that address student learning gaps.

To be successful, you must hold a Master’s degree along with a mandatory Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and 3 to 7 years of teaching or academic leadership experience within a recognized CBSE environment. Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills are vital to coordinate effectively between the school management, teachers, students, and parents during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs). Additionally, you should possess a deep understanding of CBSE examination bylaws, continuous assessment structures, and proficiency in digital school management systems.

The working hours for the Academic Coordinator (English Medium) position are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with one hour rest time)
