Academic Coordinator/Student Support (WFH)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage student onboarding, batch coordination, and academic support.
• Handle student and parent queries professionally and on time.
• Conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and monitor student progress.
• Track attendance, app usage, session quality, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with Sales, L&D, IT, and Support teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain high student satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare operational reports using CRM tools (Zoho preferred).

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• 0.6-1 year of experience in Operations, Customer Success, Academic Coordination, or EdTech.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Fluency in Tamil & English
