Academic Counsellor

Trade Aura Institute is looking for an Academic Counsellor to assist prospective students with information about our educational programs. The candidate will communicate with students, understand their requirements, provide course-related information, manage enquiries and follow up with interested candidates.

Responsibilities

• Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Understand students' educational and learning requirements.
• Provide accurate information about courses, curriculum, batches, duration and fees.
• Follow up with prospective students regarding their enquiries.
• Maintain records of enquiries and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with the academic team for student enrolment and onboarding.
• Assist students with the admission process and required documentation.
• Maintain professional communication with prospective and enrolled students.
• Meet assigned counselling and admission targets.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of student information.

Pay: ₹15,708.90 - ₹35,034.59 per month
