We’re Hiring | Academic Counsellor
Teacher Training Institute of India (TTII) is looking for Academic Counsellors to join our Admissions Team in Kochi.
Location: Cochin
Work Mode: Work from Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student enquiries and follow-ups
- Counsel prospective students on teacher training programs
- Convert leads into admissions
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Maintain CRM updates and follow-up schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams for the enrollment process
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1+ year of experience in Sales / Business Development preferred
- Good communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- EdTech / Inside Sales experience is an advantage
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales may also apply
