Academic Counsellor

Chitkara University Online is looking for a dynamic, presentable and student-focused Academic Counsellor to support students throughout their online learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with admission, enrolment, and program-related queries.
• Conduct follow-ups and welcome calls for newly admitted students.
• Guide students in using LMS and online learning platforms.
• Maintain student records and ensure regular communication with students.
• Coordinate with faculty, stakeholders, and internal teams to enhance student success.
• Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable personality with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel for stakeholder meetings and coordination.

Additional Information:

• Full-time position.
• Location: Chitkara University Corporate Office, CP-67, Mohali.
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
