We are a leading EdTech organization committed to transforming learning experiences for students across India. We are looking for a dynamic Academic Counselor to drive our counseling team's performance and help students make informed academic decisions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage a group of students and take complete ownership of their admission journey.
- Drive student counseling from lead to admission closure
- Track team performance, conversions, and call quality
- Train and mentor counselors on pitch and product knowledge
- Handle escalations from students/parents
- Report performance to management regularly
- Coordinate with marketing/admissions for better lead conversion
Requirements
- 2.5+ yrs experience (ed-tech mandatory)
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Kannada mandatory for Bangalore role
- Graduate; MBA a plus
