Job Description

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and student-focused Academic Counsellor to join our team at the New Chandkheda branch. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents, explaining academic programs, managing inquiries, and supporting student admissions.

Role & responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, batches, and academic programs.
• Handle walk-in, phone, and WhatsApp inquiries.
• Explain course details, fees, schedules, and admission procedures.
• Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain student inquiry records and update admission data in the system.
• Coordinate with faculty and the academic team regarding student requirements.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents.
• Achieve admission and counselling targets assigned by management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and data entry.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Prior experience in academic counselling, education, or sales will be an advantage.
