• Clearly understands student and parent requirements through effective communication
• Provides accurate and ethical career counseling based on student profiles
• Guides students toward suitable countries, universities, and courses
• Maintains consistent follow-ups and converts inquiries into admissions
• Achieves assigned monthly counseling and enrollment targets with discipline and professionalism

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic and in-person counseling for study abroad aspirants
• Understand client requirements and recommend best-fit study options
• Maintain student records, follow-ups, and conversions using the CRM system
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth admission and documentation processes
• Stay updated on admission procedures, scholarships, and visa guidelines (training provided)
• Build long-term trust with students and parents through transparent communication

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in any sales-oriented role with professional communication etiquette or admission sourcing will be an added advantage
• Freshers with strong communication skills, the ability to work toward business development goals within tight timelines, and a positive learning mindset are welcome
• Graduation preferred (relevant experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications)

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary up to 20,000 + performance-based incentives

• Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
