**Position Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic BDA / Student Counsellor responsible for guiding students in their academic and career choices.

**Key Responsibilities:** - Counsel prospective students regarding their academic and career options through phone, email, and in-person interactions. - Assess students' skill sets and provide guidance on how to utilize them effectively. - Conduct pre-departure counseling to align student expectations with reality. - Meet assigned sales targets while delivering exceptional client service.

**Desired Skills and Experience:** - Excellent communication, convincing, and problem-solving skills. - Strong selling and negotiation abilities with a focus on customer service. - Self-motivated, results-oriented professional capable of delivering under pressure. - Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels of concentration. - Result-oriented with a positive attitude.
