About the Role

Beeains is looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Academic Counsellor to join our team at the Malappuram office. The role involves calling candidates who have shown interest in our education programs, guiding them on the right course, and converting their enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Call interested candidates and enquiries (inbound and outbound leads) about our education programs
• Understand each candidate's qualification, interests and career goals, and recommend the most suitable program
• Explain course details, duration, fees, eligibility and career opportunities clearly and honestly
• Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and regular follow-ups
• Handle doubts and objections from candidates and parents with patience and confidence
• Invite interested candidates for campus visits and counselling sessions
• Support candidates through the admission and enrolment process
• Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly calling, enrolment and conversion targets
• Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams and share regular lead and conversion reports

Required Qualifications

• Any degree or equivalent qualification
• Excellent spoken communication skills in Malayalam and English
• Confident telephone manner with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel or Google Sheets)
• Target-driven, self-motivated and well organised
• Good follow-up discipline, patience and integrity

Preferred Skills

• Experience in telecalling, admissions counselling, sales or customer service
• Knowledge of Hindi or other languages
• Familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking tools

Working Conditions

• Full-time position, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Based at our Malappuram location

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
