Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Academic Editor to join our team in supporting our instructors. In this role, you will be instrumental in the creation, refinement, and quality assurance of vital learning materials. You will work closely with our academic team to develop engaging exercises, rigorous mock exam problems, and comprehensive study guides that elevate the learning experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities

●      Material Development: Collaborate with instructors to create, format, and edit educational materials, including lecture notes, worksheets, and study guides.

●      Assessment Creation: Assist in the design and drafting of exercises, quizzes, and mock exam problems across various scientific disciplines.

●      Quality Assurance: Review academic documents for clarity, accuracy, formatting consistency, and adherence to our educational standards.

●      Collaboration: Work seamlessly within a team environment to support the instructional staff and ensure all materials are delivered on time.

Qualifications

Required:

●      Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, or a closely related field.

●      Strong academic documentation skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

●      Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts.

Preferred (but not required):

●      Familiarity with statistics and data analysis.

●      Programming experience (e.g., Python, R, C++).

●      Knowledge of or experience with machine learning concepts.

• 📝 ร่วมสร้างสรรค์และพัฒนาสื่อการสอน (Material Development): แท็กทีมร่วมกับผู้สอนในการออกแบบ จัดรูปแบบ และเรียบเรียงสื่อการเรียนการสอนให้น่าอ่าน เข้าใจง่าย และทันสมัย เช่น เอกสารประกอบการบรรยาย ใบงาน และคู่มือการเตรียมตัวสอบ
• 🧠 ออกแบบการวัดผลที่ท้าทาย (Assessment Creation): มีส่วนร่วมในการคิดค้นและร่างโจทย์แบบฝึกหัด ควิซ และข้อสอบจำลองในหลากหลายสาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ เพื่อช่วยให้นักเรียนดึงศักยภาพสูงสุดออกมา
• ควบคุมคุณภาพวิชาการระดับพรีเมียม (Quality Assurance): ตรวจสอบเอกสารทางวิชาการอย่างละเอียด ทั้งความถูกต้องของเนื้อหา ความชัดเจนในการอธิบาย รูปแบบภาษา และความสอดคล้องตามมาตรฐานวิชาการระดับสูงของสถาบัน
• 🤝 ประสานงานและขับเคลื่อนทีม (Collaboration): ทำงานร่วมกับทีมวิชาการและผู้สอนอย่างไร้รอยต่อ เพื่อสนับสนุนความต้องการและส่งมอบสื่อการสอนคุณภาพเยี่ยมตรงตามกำหนดเวลา

คุณสมบัติที่เรามองหา (Qualifications)

คุณสมบัติจำเป็น (Required):

• สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต (วท.บ. / B.Sc.) สาขาฟิสิกส์, ชีววิทยา, เคมี, คณิตศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องทางวิทยาศาสตร์
• มีทักษะที่ยอดเยี่ยมในการจัดทำเอกสารทางวิชาการ มีความละเอียดรอบคอบสูงระดับตากระดาษ และให้ความสำคัญกับความถูกต้องของข้อมูลเป็นอันดับแรก
• มีทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีมและการสื่อสารที่ดีเลิศ สามารถสื่อสารและทำงานร่วมกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะด้าน (Subject Matter Experts) ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและราบรื่น

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม (หากมีจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ - Preferred):

• มีความคุ้นเคยหรือเข้าใจเรื่องสถิติและการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (Data Analysis)
