Academic Program Coordinator

Position Overview
Support the development and coordination of academic planning programs for middle school, high school, and college-bound students.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate student academic planning based on academic records, interests, goals, and extracurricular activities.
• Research schools, academic programs, enrichment opportunities, and educational resources.
• Organize student information, planning materials, and progress updates.
• Work with academic advisors and instructors to develop individualized educational plans.
• Communicate with students and families regarding academic planning and program recommendations.
• Track student progress and support ongoing adjustments to academic plans.

Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in academic advising, educational consulting, student services, or a related field preferred.
• Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.

Compensation & Hours

The position offers $30–$40 per hour and is expected to require approximately 40 hours per week.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
