Role Overview:

As the Point of Contact for the Facilitator Success Team at Virohan, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring we hire, train, and support high-quality Trainers/Facilitators across our campuses pan-India. This role combines elements of talent acquisition, capability development, and operational management, with the ultimate goal of building a strong and reliable facilitator workforce that delivers exceptional student outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Hiring & Requisitions:

• Identify facilitator needs across campuses in coordination with corporate academics teams.
• Raise timely hiring requisitions to the HR team and track closure progress.
• Conduct interviews to assess facilitator fitment for Virohan’s teaching model.
• Ensure candidate evaluation is consistent and aligned with classroom expectations.

Training & Capability Building:

• Plan and execute training for newly joined facilitators, in partnership with the Academic and L&D teams.
• Track training participation and performance metrics to ensure delivery-readiness.
• Organise refresher training or upskilling sessions based on feedback and performance.

Facilitator Management:

• Act as the primary contact for facilitators post-joining, addressing operational, performance, and engagement concerns.
• Monitor key metrics such as attendance, classroom effectiveness, and student feedback.
• Support performance improvement plans and retain high-performing faculty.

Deployment & Operational Coordination:

• Ensure the timely deployment of trained facilitators across campuses.
• Maintain deployment trackers, hiring dashboards, and MIS.
• Flag potential faculty gaps or risks and proactively work toward resolution.

Process Improvement:

• Build scalable systems and SOPs to manage facilitator hiring, training, and deployment.
• Regularly review faculty performance data and recommend operational improvements.
