Academic Support Manager

Working Hours

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

The Academic Support Manager will be responsible for supporting teachers, ensuring proper curriculum implementation, maintaining academic standards, and providing academic guidance to assigned H3 Preschool centers.

1. Teacher Training & Support
Train and guide teachers on curriculum, classroom activities, teaching methods, and academic queries.

2. Academic Monitoring
Monitor curriculum implementation and classroom activities and provide guidance for improvement.

3. Centre Visits & Travel
Visit assigned H3 Preschool centers once a month, including centers outside Ahmedabad. The role requires frequent travel.

4. Centre Presentation
Suggest improvements to the centre’s look and feel, teaching aids, classroom displays, and photo galleries to create a welcoming environment for parents.

5. Teacher Feedback
Observe teacher performances during centre visits and provide constructive feedback and required support.

6. Visit Reporting
Prepare and submit a visit report to the Zonal Manager – Academic Support after each centre visit, covering key observations, issues, corrective actions, and follow-up requirements.

7. Coordination
Coordinate with the Zonal Manager – Academic Support for centre visits, placement visits, teacher training, and other academic activities.

8. Follow-up
Track academic issues identified during visits and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Preschool teaching: 1 year (Required)
