Knowza Learning Solutions is a dedicated support office providing operational services to multiple UK-based entities under the umbrella of Britannia Education Group. Our head office is based in the UK, while our back-end support centre operates from Lahore, Pakistan. We support learners from the UK and various international markets by delivering high-quality educational and operational services.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking professionals for the post of Academic Support Tutor, who will guide learners, support coursework, and ensure a positive learning experience through our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). There is strong potential for progression, with training and development provided based on performance.

We offer a wide range of courses for aspiring professionals. You will be allocated courses and subjects most suitable to your knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective academic support to learners via VLE.
• Guide learners on coursework, structure, and expectations in line with occupational standards.
• Review learner queries and provide clear, accurate, and constructive responses.
• Conduct research to support learners with relevant academic resources and solutions
• Monitor learner progress and follow up where necessary to ensure engagement and completion
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and consistency in all communication
• Support internal academic processes as required.

Requirements

We welcome applications from fresh graduates, having Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or Management Sciences. However, there will be no compromise on the following skills and attributes that we expect from potential candidates:

Workplace details

• Location: Jail Road, Lahore (on-site)
• Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday
• Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000/month (based on experience)
