The Academy Manager (EME & APA Regions) plays a pivotal role in supporting the development and capability growth of AGCO's dealer network through the effective execution of the global and regional education strategy. Operating as a central coordination and enablement function, this role works closely with AGCO Business Units, Distribution Management teams, and other commercial stakeholders to help bring together engaging blended learning experiences that build dealer capability and support business performance objectives. While often influencing, coordinating, and contributing to initiatives, the position serves as an important connector between business priorities, learning requirements, and dealer development activities.

Equally focused on business improvement and education system management, the role combines learning strategy, dealer capability analytics, process optimisation, learning administration, and Learning Management System (LMS) expertise. The Academy Manager helps identify development opportunities, supports the design of effective learning pathways, and contributes to the continuous improvement of learning technologies, data insights, and operational processes that enable scalable dealer development across the global environment with specific responsibility for the EME and APA regions.

  • Design, coordinate, and deploy blended learning programs, learning journeys, curricula, and role-based development pathways to enhance dealer performance and capabilities.
  • Manage and continuously improve Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring data accuracy, system effectiveness, user adoption, and seamless learning experiences across the dealer network.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and performance insights to track learning engagement, certification progress, workforce capabilities, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, stakeholder collaboration, training deployment, process optimization, automation, and dealer development projects.

Your Experience And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting training, capability development, partner enablement, or distribution operations within a corporate environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other enterprise learning platforms, including system administration and user support.
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and communication, with the ability to generate actionable insights and influence stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication.

Your Benefits

  • Attractive, fair remuneration including participation in our bonus scheme and reimbursement of commuting expenses
  • Cafeteria system with additional elements you can pick from
  • Balance of work, family and free time due to flexible working opportunity and the possibility of hybrid/remote work including home office monetary allowance
  • Private health insurance, dental services and compensation for the purchase of computer monitor glasses
  • Employee Assistance Program including professional counselling, webinars, sports challenges and newsletters
