Job Title

Accelerated Management Experience

Position Overview:

The AMX role provides high-potential OMTs with accelerated, hands-on leadership experience that builds the capabilities required to lead teams and support department-level operations in a manufacturing environment.  Must be an active participant in the current OMT cohort at the time of application to be eligible for the AMX program.

Position Overview

This role provides trainees with hands-on leadership experience, exposure to people management and operational decision-making, and the opportunity to develop the competencies necessary to lead in a manufacturing environment.

The AMX program aligns with Shaw’s commitment to developing a strong internal leadership pipeline through experience-based learning, coaching, and real-time accountability
