Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineering (QE) Lead with strong expertise in enterprise testing strategies, automation, Playwright, and AccelQ. The ideal candidate will lead quality engineering initiatives, drive test automation strategies, manage QA teams, and ensure software release readiness across large-scale enterprise programs.

Required Skills

12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, and Test Management.

7+ years of experience leading large-scale modernization, digital transformation, or enterprise application programs.

Strong experience defining and executing enterprise Quality Engineering and Testing strategies.

Hands-on experience with Playwright for UI automation testing.

Strong experience with the AccelQ test automation platform.

Experience managing software testing lifecycles, automation strategies, and quality engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering and software testing activities.

Define and implement enterprise-wide QE strategies, automation frameworks, and testing standards.

Drive Playwright-based UI automation and AccelQ test automation initiatives.

Lead testing efforts for large-scale modernization and digital transformation programs.

Manage QA teams, testing schedules, defect management, and release readiness.

Collaborate with development teams, business stakeholders, and program leadership to ensure software quality and successful delivery.
