Health & Public Service - West - Roads, Tunnel, & Bridges SoCal | Full-Time

Job No. 48d21dbe-808a-48e0-a335-8724689ac51c | Temecula, CA

You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."

You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.

At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.

You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.

Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.

    • You’ll coordinate directly with contractors, utility owners, public agencies, and third-party stakeholders to address construction activities, utility conflicts, outages, traffic control, testing requirements, and field issues.
    • You’ll monitor contractor progress and coordinate electrical work with roadway construction, utility operations, and traffic control activities to support successful project delivery.
    • You’ll maintain accurate project records and inspection documentation, including daily reports, inspection logs, quantity calculations, measurements, and supporting electrical construction records.
    • You’ll assist with the preparation and administration of change orders and field-directed work, ensuring changes are properly documented and aligned with contract requirements.
