Mandatory Requirements

* **Minimum 1 year International Voice Process experience – Mandatory**

* **1–3 years total experience ONLY**

* Excellent English & verbal communication skills

* Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills

* Comfortable working in a voice-based customer support environment

* Comfortable with rotational/night shifts

* Comfortable working from office

* Candidates within approximately **30 km of the respective office location are preferred**

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer interactions through International Voice Process.

* Resolve customer queries, complaints, requests and escalations.

* Provide accurate and timely resolutions.

* Follow SOPs, quality standards, company policies and compliance requirements.

* Maintain accurate customer interaction documentation.

* Meet quality, productivity, AHT, CSAT and process KPIs.

* Coordinate with internal teams wherever required.

**Screening Note:** Domestic Voice/BPO, Non-Voice, Chat, Email or Back-office experience **alone will not be considered**. Candidates must have **minimum 1 year International Voice Process experience**.

Pay: Up to ₹56,000.00 per month
