Job Description

Accenture is hiring Customer Service Representatives for its UK Calling Process in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills and prior with 1 Year international calling / international voice process experience to handle UK customers and provide high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Communicate with UK customers through voice calls.
• Understand customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Achieve assigned productivity and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of international calling / international voice process experience
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Comfortable handling UK customers over the phone.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in UK/rotational shifts.
• Candidates available to work from Airoli, Navi Mumbai are preferred.
