Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a primary care Access APP with Woodland Clinic Medical Group (Woodland Clinic), you'll join a physician-owned, physician-led group that treats a full spectrum of conditions. Located in a well-established clinic that serves a diverse community (agricultural workers, graduate students, retired university professors). This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team that provides compassionate care, develops individualized treatment plans within an integrated practice while collaborating closely with a robust network of healthcare professionals.

As an Access APP you’ll provide half-time direct patient care and half-time inbox coverage for your primary care colleagues. Inbox coverage responsibilities include managing in-basket tasks for adult primary care physicians, NPs, and PAs who are out of the office, as well as same-day telehealth visits as needed. Direct patient care would involve both same-day and pre-scheduled visits for a variety of primary care concerns ranging from acute problems to management of chronic conditions and preventive care. This opportunity is on-site and not remote.

The practice has a strong referral base and the support of a multi-specialty provider network. Eligible candidates will have a minimum of three years’ practice experience and possess a strong clinical background in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, with demonstrated expertise in diagnosis and treatment planning, understanding integrated care models and fostering collaborative relationships with diverse healthcare professionals.

Job Requirements

Required:

• Active and unrestricted CA license
• Masters degree as Advanced Practice RN
• ARC-PA accredited program with NCCPA certification
• Minimum 3 years experience in adult primary care
• Position will be on-site in the clinic setting, not remote

Pay Range
$165,984 - 194,438 /year
