What You’ll Do

• Install access control hardware including badge readers, electric strikes, wireless locks, mag locks, PIR sensors, REX buttons, and control panels
• Pull wire in new construction and existing facilities
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues across a variety of applications
• Document installation details accurately using our mobile software
• Drive to customer sites daily (company vehicle provided or reliable personal transportation)
• Complete required coursework for State certification
• Work with low voltage systems and on ladders as needed

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in mechanical work, construction, or low-voltage installation
• Ability to install and service door hardware
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and climb ladders
• Clean driving record
• Willingness to travel and work out of town during the week as needed
• Customer-first mindset with a sense of urgency
