Access Control - Team Member

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to designated facilities using advanced access control systems, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Perform regular patrols of the premises to identify security vulnerabilities, suspicious activity, or safety hazards.
• Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or other noteworthy events for record-keeping and follow-up.
• Operate surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to monitor activity around the clock.
• Assist in performing manual handling tasks and lifting when necessary for equipment or supplies.
• Experience
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of access control systems.
• Certifications in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) is helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations calmly while managing conflicts effectively.
• Familiarity with incident report writing.
• Strong customer service skills combined with a proactive attitude towards maintaining safety standards are key to success in this position.
