Job Title: Lead Access Control Technician (Multi-Family & Commercial)

Compensation: Based on experience + Company Vehicle & Gas Card

The Opportunity

Join a growing team specializing in high-end security for Residential and Commercial Multi-Family buildings. We replace outdated hardware with cutting-edge cloud technology. New installations and service calls.

The Tech Stack

You will be the lead on-site for installations and service involving:

• Cloud Access: PDK (ProdataKey) and Brivo.
• Multi-Family Entry: ButterflyMX and DoorKing (DKS) systems.
• Hardware: Electrified strikes, mag-locks, and gate operators.

(Physical Requirements)

This is a high-activity role that requires "boots on the ground" grit. You must be willing and able to:

• Run & Fish Wire: Pulling low-voltage cabling through commercial conduits and residential frameworks.
• Tight Spaces: Crawl in attics, basements, and mechanical closets to get the job done.
• Heavy Lifting: Move equipment, pedestals, and batteries exceeding 50 lbs.
• Outdoor Work: Perform digging and trenching for gate controllers and bollard installations.
• Heights: Comfortable working from ladders and man-lifts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Access Control or Security Integration.
• Proven experience with DoorKing and ButterflyMX (Multi-family experience is a huge plus).
• Strong understanding of relay logic and networking basics (IP addresses/Gateways).
• Skills in Welding is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (Required for vehicle insurance).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
