Access Control/Gate Operator Technician and Driver

Overview:
We are seeking an access control/gate operator technician with a valid Drivers License to drive to job sites and service/install gate operators and gate operator accessories for our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires manual labor, teamwork, communication, and attention-to-details. Spanish speaking is a bonus.

Duties:

• Safely Load and drive the work truck from our shop to job sites
• Respond to service calls, call clients on your work-provided phone to let them know you're on the way, diagnose and service their gate operator/accesss control accessories, and install gate operators and access control accessories.
• Ocassionally help our other crews to install and assemble metalwork as instructed
• Weld, grind, bondo, and paint exterior metalwork
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies

Requirements:

• Able to lift and carry materials
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to route drive efficiently
• Experience with access control, gate operators, metalwork, installation, welding, and/or painting preferred

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 48.0 per week
