Access Control/Guard II

Duties Valiant is looking for a full time Access Control/Guard II! This position reports directly to the Site Manager or their designated representative. An access guard duties include but not limited to:

• Access control to the building through verification of information on authorized Access Rosters.
• Issuance of authorized Visitor badges to the building.
• Maintaining access logbooks for all access to building.
• Maintain government provided Security access lists/databases.
• Answering the telephone and responding to requests for information about the trainers and scheduled events.
• Compile Simulator Schedule Data and create Operator Schedules for daily simulator activity.
• Data entry for Training Device Utilization Records.
• Data entry into Badge Access Control System.
• Responsible to report any irregularities or problems to the Site Manager for resolution.
• Will be responsible for the cleanliness of the guard station.
• Work any shift and weekends as specified by Contract for this site.
• Consideration for higher-level roles (III and II) will be based on the candidate’s demonstrated experience, relevant skill set, and ability to perform duties aligned with increased responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
