Access Excellence Director

Currently, we are looking for an experienced Access Excellence Director for our client, a leading global healthcare company based in Switzerland.

We are seeking a senior professional with strong expertise in Market Access, Value & Access, Access Operations, Operational Excellence, Data & Analytics, Performance Management and Governance. Experience with KPI frameworks, dashboards, access data management and global matrix organizations is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and continuously improve access governance processes, KPI frameworks and performance management structures
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools and decision-support systems to enable data-driven decision making
• Define and oversee access data standards, data quality controls and governance processes to ensure a reliable and consistent data foundation
• Act as the key point of accountability for access data management and contribute to establishing a single source of truth across markets
• Lead annual budget planning activities, support business cases and investment decisions, and monitor spending against outcomes
• Drive operational excellence initiatives, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across global and regional teams
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Market Access, Pricing, HEOR, Analytics, Finance, IT and Commercial functions

Your Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in Market Access, Value & Access, Access Operations, Operational Excellence or a related area
• International and/or regional experience within a global matrix organization
• Proven experience developing KPI frameworks, dashboards, governance processes and performance management systems
• Strong understanding of access data, analytics, reporting environments and governance models
• Experience managing budgets, strategic planning processes and business cases
• Demonstrated ability to influence diverse stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare industry
• MBA, PhD, MD, RPh or equivalent advanced qualification is an advantage
