Access Representative

We’re looking for an Access Representative to manage that first point of contact: listening to inquiries, explaining the next step, and connecting people with the colleague who can help.

This role offers more direct client interaction than a typical administrative position. You’ll spend much of your day speaking with people by phone and email, working alongside consultants and client-facing teams, and learning how requests move through the business.

How you’ll help clients

• Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional, approachable manner.
• Ask questions to understand what a client needs and direct the request appropriately.
• Explain appointment arrangements, response times, and next steps using information provided by the team.
• Schedule initial conversations and confirm details with clients and colleagues.
• Follow up on open inquiries so people receive a timely response.
• Keep brief, accurate notes in the client contact system.
• Flag urgent or unusual requests to the appropriate team member.

The person we’re looking for

You communicate clearly, enjoy speaking with different people, and stay composed when the day gets busy. You can use everyday computer tools, keep track of follow-ups, and know when to ask a colleague for guidance.

Previous client service, call center, or office experience is helpful, but no degree or industry background is required. Training on the role and its systems will be provided.

Position details

• Pay: $22–$26 per hour
• Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 paid hours per week
• Location: On-site in Cincinnati, Ohio
