Job Requirements*
Good knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2, Section 508, ARIA, and semantic HTML
Hands on experience in manual testing, including keyboard navigation, focus management, screen-reader behavior, color contrast, resize/reflow, text spacing, and high-contrast mode across windows, Web, MAC, iOS, Android
Familiarity with automated tools such as Accessibility Insights, ANDI, and Color Contrast Analyzer
Ability to create accessibility test scenarios and log defects with reproduction steps, expected and actual results, user impact, severity, and WCAG mapping
