Job Summary/工作概述 Supports the delivery of patient care by performing and providing excellent customer service, data entry services and task related duties within the laboratory/通过在实验室提供优质的客户服务，数据录入和履行相关工作职责，为患者提供支持和服务。 Primary Duties and Responsibilities/工作职责：

• Perform all accessioning technician duties/履行所有样品接收员的职责。
• Receive human biological samples/接收人体生物样本。
• Properly identify samples and sites where tests are performed/正确识别样本和进行检测的部位。
• Accurate and timely accession the patient, testing and specimen information into laboratory information system and initial troubleshooting of problems/准确、及时地将患者、检测和样本信息录入实验室信息系统，并对问题进行初步排除。
• Accurate labeling of samples/样品的准确标记。
• Prepare and aliquot send out specimens/准备并分装寄出标本。
• Respect the privacy of patients’ medical information by discussing this information only as necessary to perform their duties/尊重患者的医疗信息隐私，仅在履行职责所必需的情况下讨论这些信息。
• Provide customer service to clients, patients and support within the lab/为客户、患者提供客户服务，并在实验室内提供支持。
• Answers phones and directs calls as appropriate/根据需要接听电话和转接电话。

• Accessioning technician will be responsible for additional support duties as assigned by supervisor or manager/支持主管或经理分配的额外工作。
• Adheres to all regulatory, institutional, and departmental policies to ensure laboratory accreditation/遵守所有法规、机构和部门政策，以确保实验室认证。
• Attending approved continuing education activities to meet laboratory performance guidelines/参加经批准的继续教育活动，以满足实验室的绩效要求。

• Associate Diploma or Bachelor Degree/大专或学士学位
• 1-2 years of laboratory experience preferred, candidates with no experience will be considered/ 有1-2年实验室工作经验的优先，无相关工作经验的也可以考虑 Skills and Qualifications/技能和资格：
• Must be able to assimilate to a changing work environment/必须能适应不断变化的工作环境。
• Knowledge of GCP guidelines/具有药品临床检测规范的知识
• Ability to communicate well throughout the lab/能够在实验室进行良好的沟通。
• Personal computer and data entry skills (Microsoft Word, Excel etc.)/计算机和数据录入技能（Microsoft Word, Excel等）
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a diverse patient population and all levels of personnel/能与不同的患者群体和各级人员进行有效的口头和书面沟通。
• Must be detailed oriented, have good judgment and decision making skills/必须注重细节，具有良好的判断和决策能力。
• Works well under pressure/能够在压力下良好工作。
