Accessories Specialist

Job Objective

Manage all customer modification needs and oversee the full cycle from customer reception, product explanation, quotation, order placement, installation follow-up, delivery, to after-sales follow-up. This role does not require hands-on modification work. The core mission is to coordinate and communicate with customers and internal departments including installation technicians, logistics, finance, procurement, and IT to ensure smooth product installation and delivery. Drive modification parts sales penetration and customer satisfaction through system-based data tracking, strong numerical sensitivity, and deep understanding of vehicle modification.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Reception & Needs Assessment

• Receive and attend to showroom and walk-in customers, and handle online inquiries.
• Explain and recommend modification parts, and participate in negotiations and communication with key accounts.
• Accurately understand customer modification needs and translate them into clear product and service requirements.

2. Full-Cycle Sales Execution & Cross-Department Coordination

• Manage the full process of quotation, order placement, installation scheduling, delivery confirmation, and after-sales follow-up, ensuring complete closure of customer needs.
• Coordinate closely with sales, after-sales, installation technicians, procurement, warehouse, logistics, finance, and IT teams to drive execution and delivery.
• This role does not require hands-on modification work; the primary responsibility is communication, coordination, and follow-through.

3. Product & System Management

• Be familiar with automotive modification parts product knowledge, with modification experience or a strong passion for vehicle modification.
• Complete order placement and tracking in the system. The majority of work is completed through system-based data tracking, requiring strong computer proficiency.
• Be highly sensitive to numbers and ensure system data accuracy.
• Manage showroom modification area display, price tags, and demo vehicle updates.

4. Product Portfolio & Inventory Optimization

• Real-time analyze and sort the product structure, identifying fast-moving and slow-moving products.
• Drive higher stock levels and faster turnover for fast-moving products; clear slow-moving products through bundled combinations and package deals.
• Support profit margin targets through effective product mix and inventory management.

5. Sales Target Achievement

• Drive modification parts sales penetration, support profit margin targets, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate strong ownership and business pressure tolerance.

Requirements

Essential

• English fluency is mandatory.
• Ability to manage full-cycle customer coordination and coordinate multiple departments to ensure execution.
• Must have modification experience or a strong passion for vehicle modification.
• Must be highly proficient in computer operations and system-based data tracking, and highly sensitive to numbers.
• Must be intelligent, proactive, and capable of real-time product portfolio analysis.
• Must have strong ownership and business pressure tolerance.

Preferred

• Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience in an authorized 4S dealership or formal manufacturer training preferred.
• male preferred (based on current recruitment direction).

Commission Scheme

• Commission based on modification parts sales performance.
• Salary adjustment after quarterly performance review.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,100.00 per month
