Accessories Technician

Job Objective

Manage all customer modification needs and oversee the full cycle from customer reception, product explanation, quotation, order placement, installation follow-up, delivery, to after-sales follow-up, driving modification parts sales penetration and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Reception & Needs Assessment

• Receive and attend to showroom and walk-in customers.
• Explain and recommend modification parts.
• Handle online inquiries.
• Participate in negotiations and communication with key accounts.

2. Full-Cycle Sales Execution

• Manage the full process: quotation, order placement, installation scheduling, delivery confirmation, and after-sales follow-up.
• Ensure complete closure of customer needs confirmation, system order placement, installation scheduling, delivery confirmation, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales, after-sales, procurement, and warehouse teams.

3. Product & System Management

• Be familiar with automotive modification parts product knowledge.
• Complete order placement and tracking in the system.
• Manage showroom modification area display, price tags, and demo vehicle updates.

4. Sales Target Achievement

• Drive modification parts sales penetration.
• Support profit margin targets.
• Improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Essential

• English fluency is mandatory.
• Ability to manage full-cycle customer coordination.
• Ability to coordinate multiple departments to ensure execution.
• Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn automotive modification parts product knowledge.

Preferred

• Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience in an authorized 4S dealership or formal manufacturer training preferred.
• male preferred (based on current recruitment direction).

Working Hours & Overtime

• Due to the time-sensitive nature of modification requests, the role requires willingness to work overtime or on weekends as needed.
• Overtime and weekend work will be compensated with time off in lieu.

Performance Indicators

• Customer needs confirmation completion rate
• System order accuracy
• Installation scheduling and delivery confirmation completion rate
• Customer satisfaction
• Modification parts sales revenue
• Showroom display and demo vehicle update management
• Quarterly review performance

Commission Scheme

• Commission based on modification parts sales performance.
• Salary adjustment after quarterly performance review.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,100.00 per month
