Due to growth, we have several opportunities available for a qualified Full Time Technician to join our dynamic team at our Pre-Delivery Department in Beaudesert.

Reporting to the Pre-Delivery Manager, the role involves you being a leader in driving high quality vehicle accessory fitment including but not limited to

• Accurately following Toyota, Mazda & Isuzu Accessory fitting Instructions
• Carry out All types of accessory fitment to manufacturer and dealership specifications.
• Trouble shoot and conduct Problem solving across a wide range of Toyota models.
• Perform road testing and conduct quality control checks.
• Maintain a safe working environment ensuring the correct operation of tools and specialised equipment.
• Contribute to the positive team culture and overall guest experience.

Skills & Experience

• Experience working in a busy workshop or dealership environment.
• 1 – 2 years’ experience with Fitting Accessories prefer but not essential
• Previous Toyota, Mazda or Isuzu experience highly regarded.
• Candidate must have their own Tools & Toolbox
• Ability to work autonomously and collectively as part of a large team.
• Ability to problem solve, work well under pressure and to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to a job done right the first time.
• Effective written and verbal communication
• A Current Manual Driver’s Licence.
• Forklift licence highly regarded but not essential.
• Wheel alignment experience (not essential)
• No Visa Application accepted.
