About the role

An Accounting & Finance Assistant role supporting daily accounting and financial operations in the Bangkok office. The successful candidate will be responsible for basic accounting, invoice and payment follow-up, tour guide account settlements, supplier payments, and tax-related administrative follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Managing and following up on incoming and outgoing invoices
• Preparing and following up on supplier payments
• Monitoring outstanding payments and payment schedules
• Checking and organizing invoices, receipts and supporting documents
• Following up on tour guide and operational account settlements
• Checking and closing tour-related expense accounts
• Preparing payment requests and maintaining payment records
• Assisting with monthly accounting documentation and reports
• Following up on PP30 and other relevant tax/VAT payments and deadlines
• Coordinating with the external accountant regarding tax and accounting matters

About you

• Previous experience in accounting, finance or bookkeeping
• Knowledge of Thai accounting procedures and tax requirements
• Good command of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow up on payments, documents and deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• English communication skills are required
