Responsibilities
- Assist customers with hotel reservations and bookings
- Handle booking changes, cancellations, and inquiries
- Provide accurate hotel and reservation information
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
Qualifications
- High School/SHS graduate
- No BPO experience required
- No hotel or travel experience required
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
- Willing to work shifting schedules
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
