Accommodation Campaign Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails regarding accommodation bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
• Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, amenities, and policies.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues such as payment concerns, booking errors, or special requests.
• Promote special offers and upsell services (room upgrades, packages, add-ons) to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and hospitality standards.
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with team members to meet campaign targets and service-level agreements.

✅ Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months BPO experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Customer service-oriented with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of hospitality or travel services is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
