Accommodation Supervisor

We are looking for motivated, responsible candidates for our position of Hotel Accommodation Supervisor who can work well on their own initiative and as part of a dynamic team.

Reporting to the Accommodation manager, the Accommodation Supervisor will ensure that all rooms and public areas of the hotel are maintained to a 5 star standard.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise the activities of all accommodation assistants on the shift

· Daily monitoring of rooms and ensuring these are returned for sale in accordance with SOP's.

· Ensure all compliance with all Health, Safety and Security standards

· To ensure public areas are cleaned and maintained to an extremely high standard

· To be available during all peak times for the hotel

· To train staff to our high standard

· To assist the Accommodation Manager in managing the budget of the department in terms of cost of linen, chemical supplies and labour.

The ideal candidate for this position:

· Must have previous experience at supervisory level

· Will ideally have previous experience of training staff

· Must be standard driven and detail-oriented

· Must have the ability to be flexible and multi-task n fast-paced environment

· Be a good communicator and team leader

Shift work & flexibility are required in this position.
