ACCOUNT ADMIN

Key Responsibilities

• Mainly handle Account Receivable (AR) related matters.
• Maintain and update payment and collection records.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and overdue accounts.
• Communicate with customers regarding payment and account-related matters.
• Assist in checking and handling invoices.
• Work closely with the Billing Department to ensure invoice and billing information is accurate.
• Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Candidates with experience in Account Receivable / Accounts / Administration are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing processes.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and basic computer operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with customers.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and organised. Able to follow up on outstanding payments professionally.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
