About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant to handle the company's daily accounting matters, including full set accounts, data entry, tax and audit support. The ideal candidate should be familiar with SQL, AutoCount and Microsoft Excel, with good communication skills in Mandarin, Malay, and English.

Job Description

• Handle full set accounts and daily accounting transactions.
• Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare accounting documents, reports and filing.
• Handle SQL, AutoCount Accounting System and Microsoft Excel.
• Assist with tax and audit matters.
• Liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers when required.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties when required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum LCCI qualification with at least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good command of Malay, English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with SQL and AutoCount Accounting System.
• Experience in handling full set accounts.
• Knowledge or experience in tax and audit is an advantage.
• Able to work independently, detail-oriented and responsible.
• Good teamwork and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Candidates must have full working rights in Malaysia.
