Account Admin

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare payment vouchers, online payment documentation, and payment schedules for management review and approval.
• Act as the maker for online banking transactions, ensuring all payments are accurately prepared and properly supported. Approval and payment release are handled by the Director.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records of all banking transactions.
• Maintain proper and systematic filing of payment documents, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents for easy retrieval and reference.
• Monitor and maintain records of staff claims, petty cash, reimbursements, and related supporting documents.
• Purchase office supplies within the approved budget and maintain accurate records of purchases, receipts, and inventory.
• Assist in recording daily accounting transactions and maintaining accurate and up-to-date general ledger records.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining the company’s fixed asset register, including asset details, purchases, transfers, disposals, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with basic accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software, preferably SQL Accounting, is an added advantage.
• Good organizational, administrative, and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with good numerical and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage tasks within deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle confidential financial and company information with professionalism and discretion.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Positive attitude and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
