About the role

Megah Utama Shipping (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for an Account Admin to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Klang, Selangor, responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, billing, bank reconciliation, and credit control.

Key responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Perform bank reconciliations.

• Prepare and issue invoices.

• Manage credit control and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Must possess an Accounting Certificate or have relevant working experience.

What we're looking for

• Must possess an Accounting Certificate or have relevant working experience.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), billing, bank reconciliation, and credit control is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
