ACCOUNT / ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records in compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other related financial documents.
• Update and maintain accounting databases and records.
• Assist in general administrative duties when required.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as instructed by Management or immediate superior.

Job Requirement:

• LCCI / Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in finance or accounting is preferred.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills in English and Malay.
• Based in Johor Bahru, Johor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
