Account & Admin Assistant

• Responsible for day-to-day accounts and administration tasks.
• Daily tasks on accounts payable include take in supplier's invoice and maintain proper filling of document.
• Processing payments (monthly) accurately and within expected periods.
• Perform creditor reconciliation.
• Send SOA to the customer and closely follow up on the collection.
• Monitor employee insurance, uniform, and safety shoes.
• Maintain and update records of computers and laptops.
• Ordering, storing, and distributing office supplies.
• To handle general administration tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum possess qualification Diploma / Degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Able to speak and write English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge of MS application.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
